Coordinate and distribute marketing and communication content; Manage and keep the CRM system and marketing databases up to date; Organize and follow up on events and client activities; Collaborate with internal teams (including Digital Communications) to enhance online visibility; Support the creation of marketing materials, reporting, and general administrative processes. What competencies does a Client Engagement Coordinator have? You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken); You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills; You are able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure; You are a strong communicator and a true team player with a service-oriented mindset; You have a good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity with IT/CRM systems (experience is a plus).
