About this role
Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs. Guide the organization through change processes to ensure successful adoption of new structures and workflows. Manage stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption activities. Conduct impact analyses and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making. Facilitate workshops, communication campaigns, and training sessions for various target groups. Collaborate with business stakeholders and management to achieve organizational change objectives. Requirements You have 5+ years of experience in Change Management . You bring 3+ years of experience within the Belgian energy sector . You have 3+ years of experience in driving behavioral change at senior management and executive levels. You possess 2+ years of experience with energy market operations . You possess expert knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR methodology. You are fluent in English (min. C1) with Dutch or French (min. C1) and working knowledge of the other (min. B1). Nice to Haves Experience with process optimization . Knowledge of Kotter’s model or Lewin’s model .
