Waiter / Waitress, Fixed-term Position for the Winter Season **A great restaurant starts with great people.** We believe that a great workplace isn't built on fancy words – it's built on people who enjoy working together and take pride in doing their job well. We're now looking for a **Waiter / Waitress** to join our team at a **new restaurant opening in connection with Nova Skyland Hotel, located in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi**. The position is **fixed-term for the winter season**, starting in October and continuing to March. What will you be doing? Your work will focus on **à la carte service**. Your days will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making sure every customer enjoys friendly, professional service – even during the busiest moments of the season. You won't be left on your own. We help each other, work as a team, and tackle busy shifts together. What are we looking for? - Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or education in the hospitality industry. - A valid Hygiene Passport (or willingness to obtain one if required). - A valid Alcohol Serving Passport (or willingness to obtain one if required). - A positive customer service attitude and good communication skills. - A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
