Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments for new technologies (including DoE?s) * Take responsibility for the definition of required unit processes for the technologies including process stability assessments * Understand all important process blocks and their integration * Join technology development with partner frontend sites in Malaysia and Dresden * Proactively collaborate with R&D partners in all divisions, frontend & backend, unit process development, integration * Take responsibility for the entire process chain (process of records) from the bare wafer substrate to final processed wafer until the diced and measured dye * Develop and characterize new process control structures and test structures for electrical measurements to ensure a stable production * Coordinate physical/chemical/electrical analyses to gain a deeper understanding of potential failure modes within technology
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electrochemistry or comparable * Several years of working experience in semiconductor industry (ideally R&D background, Si and SiC expertise preferred) * A solid technical background and expertise in semiconductor technologies, frontend or backend processing and integration * Practical experience in performing electrical measurements with power device analyzer/curve tracer and wafer probe stations * Good programming skills (LabView, Python, MatLab, etc.) as a plus * Project management experience as a plus * Fluent English skills and German skills as a plus

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
