DUTIES OF THE POSITION: Coordinate directly with internal departments for incoming and outgoing evidence shipmentCommunicate office needs or challenges to management effectivelyCollaborate with project managers and team members to execute complex projects in a deadline-driven environmentSupport the development, testing, and refinement of evidence-handling proceduresEnsure strict adherence to chain-of-custody protocols and best practicesFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistentlyConduct quality assurance checks on work products before deliveryAssist with archival and restoration of Relativity dataApply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges efficientlyPrioritize projects effectively based on deadlines and scope of workPerform additional office tasks as needed JOB RESPONSIBILITES:Maintain meticulous organization of digital and physical drives, storage, and network foldersCommunicate clearly and effectively with managers and team membersSupport data intake processes for the data centerAssist with data shipping and case closeouts, including deletion, archival, and restorationUpdate chain-of-custody documentation accuratelyPrepare base images for self-collection kits and collaborate with Forensics on quality assuranceDemonstrate a quick aptitude for learning new processes and toolsAbility to work certain weekends and some holidays EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Exceptional organizational skills for managing data storage, computer devices, hard drives, evidence intake, and shippingStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and departmentsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently as neededProficient using Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.) THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)Knowledge of copy tools (e.g., RoboCopy, TeraCopy), BAT (batch files) scripting, etcGeneral technical computer experience
