Role Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at Nium, you will be a key contributor within a cross-functional team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to design, build, and maintain our core platforms. You will leverage your experience to develop robust, scalable solutions to complex challenges, playing a critical role in the ongoing transformation of our technology landscape. In this hands-on role, you will actively contribute to development efforts while mentoring fellow engineers and guiding the team toward high standards of technical excellence. You will take ownership of code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback and leadership by example. You will advocate for engineering best practices, drive enhancements to tools and processes, and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. Based in Mumbai, and working closely with our teams in Malta, you will help lead a talented engineering team in building and maintaining our card issuance capabilities that are shaping the future of the industry.
