About the Role You’ll prepare accurate U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns across multiple return types, organize client documents, collaborate with reviewers, and meet deadlines in a high‑volume environment.
Must Have:
5+ years U.S. tax preparation experience in public accountingStrong knowledge of U.S. federal, state & local tax lawsProven experience preparing: 1040, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1041Proficiency in CCH Axcess, Canopy, and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Strong English communication (written & verbal) Preferred
CPA or EA (preferred, not required)MST or advanced tax courseworkExperience with U.S. firms in a nearshore/offshore capacityComfortable with Slack, Teams, ZoomRequirements
