About this role
As a Food Industry Operator in a 2-shift system (m/f/x), you'll be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining production and packaging machines every day. You act quickly to resolve minor technical malfunctions so the production process keeps running smoothly. You record production and quality data using a computer and, together with your colleagues, ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment. On a typical workday, you’ll start with a shift handover and check your machines. You’ll restock materials, change film, apply labels, and keep the production line running. You solve problems quickly and communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues. You take initiative to optimize the production process and always keep an eye on quality and safety standards.
