**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates - **Coordinate and manage projects** to meet quality, schedule, and **financial** **targets** - Act as the key **interface** for **customers** and internal teams - Drive project monitoring, **KPIs**, and continuous improvement. - Support **recruiting**, **onboarding**, and the **development** of **project team members**. - Ensure **team qualifications**, training, and availability of **required resources** - Ensure **full compliance** with **Quality**, **Safety** & **Environment** (QSE) standards
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You hold a university degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, Aeronautics or a comparable field - You bring at least **3–4 years of experience** in technical and commercial project management - You have **experience** in the **aeronautical** **sector, ideally with “Outstanding Works**” knowledge; this is considered a strong advantage - You demonstrate a **strong understanding of aeronautical standards** and processes environments - You communicate confidently, **show leadership qualities**, and maintain a **strong customer** **focus** - You are **fluent** in **English** **and French**, German is considered a plus - You are proficient in **MS Office** and **Google Suite** - You work in a **structured, solution-oriented, reliable**, and **analytical manner oriented, reliable**
