To strengthen our team in Bruges, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning & Restaurant Support Employee for approximately 24 hours per week. Your Role In this position, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the restaurant. Your working day starts at 6:00 AM and focuses primarily on cleaning and preparing the restaurant before service begins. Once the cleaning tasks are completed, you will support the operational team with various tasks throughout the restaurant. Your responsibilities include: Daily cleaning of the restaurant before opening Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue Supporting the team as a runner during service when needed Cleaning windows and other restaurant facilities Carrying out deep-cleaning tasks in specific areas Assisting with various operational and maintenance-related duties Helping ensure the restaurant remains organized, clean, and ready for guests at all times Who You Are We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized Works independently and takes responsibility for their tasks Has an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness Is reliable, punctual, and structured Enjoys working as part of a team Is flexible and willing to support different aspects of the restaurant operation Has a positive attitude and a hands-on mentality Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or restaurant operations is a plus, but motivation and a strong work ethic are most important.
