For an innovative and internationally active company in the events and exhibition industry, we are looking for a Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator . You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.This role combines grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems. Grinding and deburring aluminum profiles based on technical drawings Alternating between serial production and custom work Operating laser equipment for finished frames Reading and interpreting technical drawings Performing quality checks (visual and with measuring tools) Monitoring and recording quality via control sheets Processing production orders in an ERP system Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment Supporting other workstations when needed Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers Experience in metalworking is a plus Ability to read technical drawings and perform measurements ERP knowledge is an advantage Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Organized and safety-conscious Basic Dutch and good English skills Willing to work in a 2-shift system Team player with a positive attitude
