What will you be doing at Agristo? As a maintenance technician, you're passionate about ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machines and installations. Your objective? To ensure smooth operation and minimise downtime. Set an example by following the prescribed guidelines and procedures for a (food) safe, environmentally friendly and orderly working environment. As a technician, you recognise potential problems before they cause breakdowns. You report these observations accurately, enabling us to act proactively and minimise unscheduled downtime. You carry out planned maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrications, adjustments and replacements. You will work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to optimise the maintenance plan. You will provide the necessary support and follow-up to external collaborators to ensure that their contribution is effective and efficient. In addition, you will mentor technical trainees and new employees to help them progress in their role. You will keep accurate records of maintenance work carried out, using the maintenance software (Ultimo). You have technical training or equivalent experience. You have several years' experience as a technician and a passion for technology. You have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You have a proactive attitude. You have logical thinking and good problem-solving skills, enabling you to work independently. You are a team player who contributes to smooth communication and collective success. You speak Dutch, French or English and are prepared to understand colleagues who speak other languages. You are prepared to work in a 2-shift system.
