About this role
As V.I.E Junior Software Engineer, your main tasks will include:
support the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using C++collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to front-end and/or back-end development tasks, write clean and efficient code, fix bugs, and participate in code reviewslearn best practices, improving technical skills, and gaining hands-on experience in building reliable and scalable software solutions Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science and a relevant degree1 to 2 years of experience in a similar roleProficient in C++ (high-performance systems, embedded, real-time applications)Fluent in EnglishStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge on building scalable, maintainable systemsComfortable working in collaborative, agile teams and hybrid settings ALTEN's commitment
