About this role

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Manager with a strong systems engineering background to support safety-critical programmes in Bristol. The role focuses on managing, structuring, and controlling requirements across complex engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain requirements across the full systems lifecycleEnsure requirements are:

Clear, traceable, and verifiableAligned with system design and stakeholder needsLead requirements reviews and support technical decision-makingWork closely with systems, design, and delivery teamsSupport compliance with engineering standards and project governance Required Skills:

Strong systems engineering backgroundProven experience in requirements managementExperience working in safety-critical or regulated environments (defence, aerospace, nuclear, rail, etc.)Eligible for UK Security ClearanceRequired Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Desirable Skills:

Requirements enrichment experience (breaking down high-level requirements into detailed, usable system requirements)Experience using requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, Jama) Why join us?
