About this role
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will join the team in Bristol to support our activities within the aerospace sector.
You will support supply chain quality activities across key aerospace programmes, ensuring suppliers meet strict quality, delivery, and performance requirements. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will help drive continuous improvement, manage non-conformities, and ensure production builds are sustained through effective supplier engagement and recovery actions.

Lead supply chain quality activities to ensure continuous delivery and support production buildsInvestigate and report supplier non-conformities, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actionsTrack supplier recovery plans and ensure actions are implemented and closed effectivelySupport regular supplier performance reviews and quality meetingsConduct supplier quality inspections and assessments on-site when requiredWork with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to resolve quality issuesSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities and ensure suppliers meet programme quality requirements
Required Skills:
Experience in supplier quality management or supply chain quality rolesStrong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologiesExperience managing non-conformities and supplier recovery plansGood understanding of quality management processes within engineering or manufacturing environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Minimum 3–5 years of experience within aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environmentsDesirable Skills:
Experience working with Airbus or Airbus Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliersKnowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) programmesUnderstanding of project management principles within quality or supply chain functionsExperience working on defence or military programmes Why join us?
