About this role
As a concrete worker, you are one of the temp staff who ensures everything runs smoothly in production. You assemble steel formwork, pour concrete with your colleagues, and make sure everything is finished perfectly. You like to get your hands dirty and value safety and precision. You always work together with a diverse group of temp colleagues and learn from each other every day. Your workday starts early in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on your shift. You help build steel molds, support with pouring concrete, and finish the surface smoothly. After that, you strip the forms, clean them, and prepare everything for the next production round.
