About this role

We are looking for a Business Analyst for Eurofins’s SAM Sensory and Consumer Research (SAM).

Depending on the candidate's profile, this position can be based in any SAM or Eurofins location. Occasional trips may be required (team meetings on Aix-en-Provence and potential deployments).

MissionsAs part of the IT Solution team of 4 to 6 people, you will participate in the development and maintenance of the SAM information system deployed across the 8 countries of the Business Line. This is therefore an international environment where English is required.

In collaboration with the existing team, you will have the following responsibilitiesGathering user requirementsDrafting specifications for future developmentsModeling/prototypingMonitoring and testing developmentsDocumentationYou will also participate in user support, training, and any deployments of the solution in new countries/sites.Depending on your skills, you may be able to create dashboards using BI and data visualization tools. Your profileGraduate of an engineering school or Master's degree in computer science, data or project management.Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business AnalystIdeally, you have some experience in sensory analysis or a good knowledge of statistics.Good command of SQL. Python is a plus.Proven skills in application modeling and design.Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and excellent interpersonal skills.Bonus: Knowledge of tools such as Power BI/Tableau and a strong appetite for and knowledge of artificial intelligence tools are a real plus.LanguagesProficient level of professional English (meetings, user workshops, daily exchanges)French is a plus
