What You’ll Do
Protein Purification & Analysis
Run automated protein purifications using chromatography, TFF, and ÄKTA systemsCharacterize protein samples using Agilent HPLC, SDS‑PAGE, and routine assays (pH, UV‑Vis, HPLC)Perform endotoxin testingLab Operations & Automation
Prepare buffers and solutionsOperate, program, and support high‑throughput testing with lab automation and liquid handling systemsTroubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory instrumentsClean and maintain ÄKTA systems, including CIP proceduresMaintain equipment and inventoryData & Documentation
Record work and maintain accurate data in electronic lab notebooksDocument assay data and contribute to study reportsSupport investigations and ensure compliance with GLP and company policiesKeep study and experiment documentation thorough and up to dateCross‑Functional Support
Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholdersBuild and maintain knowledge of lab workflows, instrumentation, and operational best practices Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific fieldAvailability to start as soon as possible (2 weeks - ~1 month from offer)Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience with protein purificationAuthorization to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - overtime as required.May be required to respond to off-shift operational issues.Pay range: $23.50 - $25.50Tasks require repetitive motion and standing for long periods of timeLinkedIn: #LI-EB1
