As a Production Operator, you will work in a modern packaging facility equipped with advanced machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and products meet our quality expectations. Your Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust automated packaging and packing machines. Monitor product quality and ensure all packaged products meet company standards. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Contribute to efficient production planning and continuous process improvement. Work closely with fellow operators and team leaders to achieve production targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. You have initial experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the fruit and vegetable industry. You have a good command of both Dutch and English. You have an affinity for technology and production processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality. You are flexible and willing to work in shifts when required.
