About this role
Overview
To supports the Regional HR Manager in executing HR responsibilities across all ELEs in Vietnam and Cambodia. This role ensures compliance, consistency, coordination, and effective implementation of Group and Corporate HR policies, while working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams.
The Assistant HR Manager plays a critical role in coordination, monitoring, consolidation, documentation, and operational follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
1. Policy & Governance
Support HR Manager in reviewing and aligning HRBP policies with Group standards.Monitor policy implementation across Eurofins Legal entitites (ELEs).Prepare policy summary reports and compliance updates.2. Budget & Manpower Planning
Support consolidation of annual HR budget and manpower plan from all ELEs.Assist in reviewing budget proposals for compliance and consistency.3. Talent Acquisition (Corporate Scope)
Coordinate recruitment process for Key Employees and Leaders (KELs) and KELs’ direct reports.Support job description standardization.Ensure recruitment process compliance with Group standards.Maintain recruitment tracking reports.4. Training & Development
Monitor completion of Group compulsory training programs.Track Eurofins Learning System compliance.Consolidate training reports across ELEs.5. Employee Engagement
Support Group-level engagement initiatives.Consolidate engagement survey results.Assist in analysis and improvement action tracking.6. Performance Management
Monitor timeline compliance for non-KEL performance cycles.Prepare performance calibration documentation and reports.7. HR Reporting
Consolidate monthly/quarterly HR reports from all ELEs.Ensure data accuracy and timely submission.Prepare dashboard and analytics for HR Manager.8. HR Audit
Support preparation for annual/quarterly HR audits.Coordinate with Local HRBP for audit documents.Track corrective actions and follow-up implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience.Experience in multi-entity or matrix organization is an advantage.Strong knowledge of HR Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.Fluent English (written & spoken).Others
