我们的品牌代表致力于让门店体验生动呈现——以贴心的方式与顾客真诚互动，真实传递品牌精神，并共同营造一个包容友好的环境。我们欢迎这样的你：乐于与顾客交流，帮助他们找到所需商品，也愿意维护整洁有序的店铺环境。 并在经理缺席时执行必要的运营职能。
全职品牌代表需在重要节假日期间（如销售旺季）保证绝大多数周六和部分周日在岗，并保持弹性工作时间以配合业务需求。
工作内容:
顾客体验：为每一位顾客提供热情、周到、宾至如归的服务。主动洞察需求，以舒适自然的方式开启对话，并在各类商品中提供产品推荐与搭配建议。
卖场维护：协助产品补货，保持销售环境的整洁、有序、陈列美观。工作包括折叠、挂放、按尺码整理商品，并确保各项陈列标准落实到位。
收银台操作：准确高效地处理购买、退换货等事务，同时保持友好亲切的结账服务，让顾客满意而归。
线上订单：支持缺货订购、处理门店自提、打包线上订单发货，让全渠道购物体验一气呵成。
任职要求：
• 中文流畅。
• 具备营造热情、包容的顾客体验的能力。
• 能够适应快节奏环境，兼顾顾客服务与日常事务。
• 条理清晰，注重细节，出勤稳定。
