We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator Van & Truck (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you manage administrative sales processes, prepare offers and contracts, maintain CRM data, and coordinate customer follow-ups for our German Van & Truck Telesales team. Your support enables our Customer Success Managers to focus on building relationships and driving revenue while ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support our Van & Truck Telesales team with all administrative tasks related to offer preparation, contract processing, reservations, invoices, and follow-up coordinationYou act as the operational partner for Customer Success Managers, enabling them to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation by taking over time-consuming administrative workYou take ownership of post-sale processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for customers in the Van & Truck segmentYou coordinate and manage customer follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed and all touchpoints are documentedYou maintain customer master data, contract information, and pipeline updates in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring a high level of data quality and transparencyYou collaborate closely with our German Telesales team via phone, video, and digital toolsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Language & Communication: You are fluent in German (mandatory, ideally native level) and have strong English skills for internal communication.
