We are seeking a passionate and service oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for handling room reservations, providing accurate information to guests, and maximizing room revenue through professional sales and customer service skills.
Handle all room reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and other booking channelsProvide accurate information regarding room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilitiesProcess new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficientlyEnsure all bookings are accurately entered into the hotel systemUpsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize revenueCoordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiencesMaintain proper filing and documentation of reservation recordsMonitor room availability and assist in managing room inventoryRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiriesHandle guest complaints related to reservations with care and efficiencyMaintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel dataFollow hotel policies and brand standards at all times Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or related hospitality roleStrong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera or similar PMS)Excellent communication skills in oral and written English (additional languages are an advantage)Strong customer service and sales skillsGood understanding of revenue management principlesDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressurePositive attitude, professional appearance, and well-groomedTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications
