We are seeking a professional and guest focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences by delivering warm hospitality and seamless service from arrival to departure.
Welcome guests warmly and perform efficient check-in and check-out proceduresHandle room assignments, room changes, and special requests accuratelyProvide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsProcess payments, verify billing details, and ensure accurate posting of chargesRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concernsHandle guest complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessaryCoordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operationsMaintain up to date knowledge of room availability and hotel promotionsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standardsMaintain confidentiality of guest informationPrepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks as requiredUpsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or related hospitality roleStrong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar system)Excellent communication skills in oral and written English (additional languages are an advantage)Well groomed with professional appearanceStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environmentGood problem solving skills and attention to detailBasic accounting and cash handling knowledgePositive attitude, team player, and service oriented mindsetWillingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
