About this role
•Oversee daily cost control functions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
•Partner closely with F&B and Culinary leaders to monitor food and beverage costs.
•Analyze cost percentages and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
•Ensure all inventories and cost reports are aligned with financial policies and brand standards.
•Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Cost Control.
•Fluent in Thai with good command of English.
•Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
•Detail-driven with high standards of financial discipline.
