Follow up on import and export processes;Contact the materials planning team to align demands with import suppliers;Contact the customs service team to align demands with export customers;Contact customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers for follow-up and alignment;Prepare export documentation;Check import documentation;Monitor and verify the amounts invoiced by customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers according to negotiated contracts;Contact the Purchasing team to evaluate better values in international freight costs;Propose suggestions for improvements related to tax benefits. Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar;Advanced English;Previous experience in Foreign Trade.*Internal candidates will be given priority in the selection process.
