Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality, SOP adherence, and smooth workflow across the Hot Preparation areaLead SAT2 meetings and coordinate actions with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues quickly.Oversee manpower allocation, monitor inventory, and support execution of production plans.Work with the engineering & maintenance team to minimize downtime and address equipment failures.Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures.Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap & reworkLead safety practices, conduct accident investigations, and develop operator skills through structured training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process operations; leadership experience preferred.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, rubber processing, or similar industries is an advantage.Core Competencies
