Our Tenant Advisory division sits within the wider Occupier Services business which offers an unrivalled suite of property services to meet our clients' property needs.
We are currently looking for a Tenant Representative who specialises in the Commercial Office asset class, to join our expanding national business at a Manager level in our Brisbane team.
Key responsibilities include: -
Building a profile in the Tenant Advisory business across Queensland and NationallyServicing client requirements from developing property strategies through to executionService existing clients and implement strategic and corporate planning objectivesPlay a key role in business development including prospecting, building relationships and pitching for new clientsSecure new tenant representation assignmentsDeveloping a referral network and collaborationWorking closely with other Occupier Services product lines to cross sell services on a national and international basisAttending client and industry events and functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge To be considered, you will bring the following expertise to this role: -
Key client account management experience, preferably within tenant representation or commercial leasingSound understanding of the local office property market, leasing process and current market trendsStrong negotiation and effective relationship management skillsProven ability to provide service excellence to clientsHighly motivated and driven individual to succeedConsistently drives new business growth through strategic prospecting and engagementCurrent QLD Real Estate Certificate
