What will you be doing at Agristo? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the key to quickly and efficiently resolving technical malfunctions in our fully automated machinery. Your goal? Ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Be a role model in adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures for a safe, environmentally conscious, and orderly work environment. Dive deep into mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve malfunctions. Perform repairs and replace defective parts to keep our machines in top condition. Work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency. Maintain malfunction reports in our maintenance software (Ultimo) to gain insights and continuously improve. Share your expertise and provide advice on possible improvements to prevent recurring issues. Guide new employees to help them grow in their roles. You will work in our Maintenance department and report to your Technical Team Leader. You have completed a technical education or have equivalent experience. You have several years of experience as a maintenance technician and a passion for technology. You have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You possess a proactive attitude and can handle unexpected situations well. You have logical insight and strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to work independently. You are a team player who contributes to smooth communication and shared success. You speak Dutch, French, or English and are willing to understand colleagues who speak other languages. You are willing to work in 2 shifts
