About this role
For a well-known company with locations in Belgium, Spain, Canada, and France, we are looking for a Chocolatier for the site in Bredene.
This is your job als CHOCOLATIER in BREDENE:
Tempering and preparing chocolate using production machines according to pre-defined recipes;Checking taste, texture, and quality;Hand-rolling chocolate;Operating on arbagelines, oneshotline, and moulding lines;Developing new chocolate combinations and recipes;Cleaning machines and work areas according to instructions. As a CHOCOLATIER 2 OR 3 SHIFTS in the Bredene region, you recognize yourself in the following:
You have a good knowledge of chocolate and/or pastry;You are motivated to work as a chocolatier in the food production environment;You can work with machines (production);You are willing to work in a 2 OR 3 shift system (you can choose one);You speak Dutch or English.
