Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industryInterest in designing and implementing AI-native software in production environmentsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering etc.2+ years of work experience in full-stack software developmentProficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languagesExperience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or VuePassion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentizationStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimizationFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readinessAbility to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stackComfort with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systemsDue to the nature of this team's work with public sector clients, we can only consider candidates who are immediately eligible to join i.e. native Irish/EU citizen Work Personas
