Key Responsibilities
Campaign Measurement & Performance Analysis
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, social, and other channelsDefine and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion and ROIConduct pre- and post-campaign analysis, including test-and-learn and uplift measurementReporting & Insights
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing, product, and leadership teamsProvide regular performance readouts, deep-dive analyses, and executive-ready summariesBuild and maintain tracking dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BIAttribution & Optimization
Focus on evaluating the campaigns relative to business objectives/ROIPartner with media and campaign teams to drive continuous improvementData Management & Collaboration
Work closely with data and insights team, media agencies and marketing stakeholdersEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and best-practice measurement standardsAssist in developing measurement frameworks and experimentation methodologiesThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance analytics
Strong experience with:
Digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, CRM/email)
Analytics tools
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnels, and attribution concepts
