Interchange is central to Visa’s business and the Global Interchange Compliance team collaborates on interchange initiatives and provides compliance expertise. The Senior Pricing Analyst role will support interchange strategy by ensuring proper levels of interchange are paid and received by our clients. This role will also ensure Visa systems are working as intended.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience navigating complex business projects and an analytical background.
Essential functions:
Support project streams related to global Visa Inc.'s interchange compliance across various regional and functional areasIdentify anomalies in the interchange process that may result in financial impact to clients/VisaFull cycle incident management for compliance errorsMaintain detailed documentation regarding error resolution process and compliance reviewsMaintain a working knowledge of Visa's interchange programs to ensure monitoring processes are effective and in line with industry and client trendsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDExceptional cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to deeply understand stakeholder needsExceptional critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of forming clear, well‑reasoned perspectives based on incomplete or evolving informationBasic SQL experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing datasetsStrong quantitative analysis experience with large datasetsExperience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and/or TableauPayments industry knowledge Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 129,200.00 to 206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
