Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and how they integrate with business processes. - Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions that align with business strategies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with data migration, integration, and customization within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
