Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes designing business solutions that align with organizational goals and translating these needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology capabilities. - Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
