For a client in Duffel we are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities You process customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, while closely following up to ensure excellent customer service. You respond to customer inquiries and emails and ensure smooth communication with clients. You manage metal contracts and related administration. You handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way. You support the sales team with efficient administrative organization to guarantee continuity and high-quality customer support. Profile You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or administrative field. You have an excellent command of English and German. Additional languages are considered a plus. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Experience in or affinity with an industrial environment is a strong asset. You are stress-resistant and able to work efficiently under pressure. You are customer-oriented, communicative, and a good listener. You are proactive, persistent, and able to think creatively when solving problems.
