The Training & Services Coordination Officer ensures the smooth operational execution of AHLEX’s training programs and services. The role focuses on planning, logistics, communication, and administrative support, while progressively developing autonomy and expertise within the training and services coordination function. Customer service mindset, and good communication skills Team player, Working in a problem-solving way, with attention to process improvement Good organizational talent with hands-on approach Comfortable with change and complexity, and working in a start-up environment Relevant experience in training & learning is an extra asset. Very good knowledge of Dutch (you will work in a dutch speaking environment), French and English (all the documents that we use are in English and we also have English speaking customers).
