About this role
[What the role is] You will serve as a key lead in developing a workplace and space management framework across all HSA premises, emcompassing lease management, with a view towards sustainabale workplace. You will also champion HSA sustainability reporting efforts, as well as review and explore sustainability initiatives in collaboration with respective stakeholders through to implementation. [What you will be working on] a) Manage the end-to-end lease management process, from sourcing, securing premises, seeking necessary approvals, through to the sucessful handover of the premises b) Champion the development of a sustainable workplace and processes that enhance the overall workplace experience for staff c) Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of environmental sustainability indicators to the relevant agencies d) Prepare the annual sustainability report and provide periodic updates to senior management e) Drive stakeholder engagement for initivates to be implemented in sustainabality or workplace management f) Drive the continuous evolution of workplace design by integrating stakeholder experience insights and sustainability considerations into planning and decision-making g) Oversee the day-to-day operations on workplace matters.
[What we are looking for] You should have experience in: • Adopting techonology for process improvements in workplace management • Stakeholder engagement and change management for organisation-wide projects • Handling lease approval process for new and renewals.
