Salary on appointment will be £46,675 per annum (pro rata) with an annual increment up to £67,610 per annum (pro rata) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lecturer to join Norwich Medical School to deliver lectures and seminars and carry out teaching-related duties. The role centres on the teaching, assessment, and support of undergraduate medical and pre-medical students. You will primarily support the BSc Clinical Sciences course, aimed at pre-clinical training of overseas fee-paying students, and may also undertake teaching on the MB BS course. All lecturers also act as personal advisers to students (pastoral role) and undertake medical student selection interviews. The post is focused on teaching clinical communication skills to international pre-medical students, to develop their verbal and non-verbal communication and to introduce students to the dynamics of the doctor-patient relationship.
