About this role
As a logistics operator, you are responsible for monitoring and managing logistics processes, resolving malfunctions, performing technical interventions, and working with modern systems in an automated cold storage environment. You work in a two-shift system and have a technical affinity. What will you be doing at Agristo? As a logistics operator, you are responsible for: Monitoring and managing the processes within the logistics department to ensure continuity. Identifying and resolving irregularities and malfunctions in the logistics flows. Carrying out minor technical interventions to ensure a safe and smooth flow of goods. Working with modern systems and operating cranes and shuttles in the automated cold storage facility. Interpreting data trends and reporting process information with the aim of contributing to improvement actions for the logistics department. You have a technical affinity. You hold a valid forklift and reach truck certificate, or you are willing to obtain one. Working in a colder environment doesn’t scare you, and you are not afraid of heights. You are willing to work in a two-shift system (5 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.). You are comfortable working with computers and eager to learn new programs. You work efficiently and with respect for safety and quality standards. You have a good command of Dutch, French, or English.
