About this role

Responsibilities Resolve hardware and software incidents escalated from the Service Desk for workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals. Execute local infrastructure tasks including cabling, patching, and the installation of network equipment in a plant environment. Manage the lifecycle of local equipment through stock control, asset tracking, and CMDB updates. Coordinate the staging and preparation of laptops and workstations for user onboarding. Troubleshoot network connectivity, telephony systems, and security issues to ensure operational reliability. Document technical modifications and backbone cabling configurations within the provided management systems. Requirements 3+ years experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer or in ICT Local Support . You have experience with ServiceNow for incident management and asset tracking. You possess knowledge of Office 365 , SAP , and standard enterprise applications. You bring expertise in hardware maintenance for workstations , laptops , printers , and mobile devices . You're familiar with network infrastructure tasks including cabling , patching , and WIFI connectivity. You possess the maturity to work independently and take responsibility for onsite interventions. You're available for a 40-hour work week and willing to participate in an on-call duty system. Proactive and solution-oriented. You are fluent in Dutch and English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of IP Telephony and Teams telephony . Experience working in an industrial or production environment. Willingness to provide sporadic support at regional satellite locations.
