About this role
Our client, an international industrial group, is looking for an IT Support (Level 1 & 2) to strengthen their local IT team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of IT systems and supporting end users in a dynamic production and office environment. As part of the IT team, you will be involved in both user support (Level 1) and infrastructure/system administration (Level 2): User Support (L1) Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (hardware, software, network) Diagnose and resolve incidents, ensuring fast and efficient support Install, configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals Manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding processes Log and track incidents through the ticketing system System & Infrastructure (L2) Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure performance and availability Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Participate in system updates, patches, and upgrades Support backup processes, security measures, and data protection strategies Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives Profile Degree in IT or equivalent experience Previous experience in a similar L1/L2 support or system administration role Good knowledge of: Windows environment (client & server) Microsoft 365 / Active Directory Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach Fluent in English (French/Dutch is an asset)
