You will work closely with a solid international IT team, supporting multiple offices and infrastructure environments while continuously developing your technical and professional skills. System Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple company sites Support and optimize Windows , VMware , and network environments Administer Active Directory , DNS, user access, and security policies Provide technical support to internal teams and local offices Participate in infrastructure upgrades and AI-driven technology projects Collaborate with software and IT teams to improve system performance Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure business continuity Contribute to IT documentation and best practices System Engineer - Profile Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus) Strong experience with Windows Server environments Good knowledge of VMware virtualization Experience managing DNS , networking, and infrastructure services Solid understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft environments Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is highly appreciated Willingness to travel regularly between company offices across Belgium Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Team player who enjoys taking ownership and growing responsibilities
