Education in mechanics or equivalent experience Proficiency in reading and executing mechanical diagrams Fluency in English Eagerness to learn, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility Ability to work independently and safely Flexibility and willingness to work in a 2-shift system Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, order, and cleanliness Technical background or equivalent experience
