As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your shift and ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. A typical workday begins with organizing and supervising production activities during your shift. You manage and coach your team of production employees, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, you coordinate with maintenance and planning departments to minimize downtime and report production data and incidents to the Production Manager. Are you the leader we are looking for?
