We’re busy having won long-term contracts! We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of civil construction delivery from early planning through to close-out. You’ll lead programmes, budgets, contracts and on-site coordination, while building strong relationships with clients, crews and delivery partners.
This role suits someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned, make sound calls under pressure, and bring a practical, no-fuss approach to getting the job done right.
Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
• Lead project planning, scheduling and delivery to meet programme, cost and quality targets.
• Manage subcontractors, resources, procurement and site coordination across active works.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, progress claims and commercial reporting.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Lead project teams with clear direction, accountability and a strong delivery mindset.
Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with
• At least 5 years’ experience in roading or civil infrastructure. This is a minimum requirement.
• Demonstrated leadership across Construction, 3 Waters, Roading or other major Civil works.
• A Civil Engineering diploma or degree, and or several years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, reporting and negotiating.
• Financial know-how, attention to detail, and working knowledge of CCS Candy software a huge advantage.
