Are you the IT expert who seamlessly switches between Mac and Windows, and do you take pride in supporting high-level professionals? At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a driven IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on Mac OS in a corporate environment. In this crucial role, you will be the go-to person for complex technical questions, specifically supporting our Apple community (approx. 200 users) and C-level management. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the efficiency of our IT infrastructure within an innovative, international setting. Your tasks Specialized User Support: Provide second-line IT support to users via phone, email, and in person, focusing on Mac OS (60%) and Windows (40%). Mac OS Expert: Address complex Mac-related inquiries, provide "how-to" training for users, and ensure Apple devices are properly integrated into a corporate (AD-joined) environment. Workstation Management: Install, configure, and maintain workstations (laptops, desktops, printers) and manage system imaging via MS Intune. Meeting Room Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for Logitech meeting room equipment and audio/video setups. Incident Management: Register and document incidents and solutions in ServiceNow, and create concise user guides for common issues. Infrastructure Optimization: Actively contribute to improving IT processes and managing the corporate printer fleet. Mac OS Specialist: Demonstrable experience supporting Mac OS within a professional corporate context. Broad IT Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications. Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve Hardware and software issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Experience: Proven experience working within a large corporate environment; familiarity with ServiceNow and MS Intune is a significant plus. Soft Skills: A strong team player with great social skills and the ability to provide high-touch support to C-level executives.
