This is a key role for an experienced security professional ready to supervise teams and drive strategic security initiatives across the business Senior Supervisor - Tasks & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate technology security operations across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligned with ISO 27001 and related standards. Lead risk management activities, including enterprise risk assessments, threat analysis, and mitigation planning. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, GDPR). Coordinate internal/external audits and act as key liaison with auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders. Guide incident response activities and support root cause analysis for security events. Supervise security governance activities , including policy development, review, and enforcement. Lead security awareness initiatives and promote a strong security culture across the organization. Mentor and support junior security staff and cross-functional teams. Senior Supervisor - Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or security operations. Strong expertise in ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST CSF , and related security frameworks. Proven experience in security audits, compliance programs, and risk assessment methodologies. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage cross-functional security initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership interaction. Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory – written and spoken) . Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are considered a strong asset.
