About this role
As a Paid Search Campaign Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across selected ECG Nutrition & Supplements brands. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to drive qualified traffic, improve ROAS, and support commercial growth. 1Create and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns Optimize performance through keyword strategy, A/B testing, targeting, and remarketing Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Set up reporting dashboards and analyse data via GA4 Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on campaign and landing page performance 2–3 years of hands-on paid search experience Google Ads Search certified (Shopping / Performance Max is a plus) Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce or equine industry experience is a plus
