Your key responsibilities: Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities. Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation. Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability. Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas. Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste. Who we are looking for: You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Cell culture experience (internship or work-based) is a strong plus. Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork are required. Clear communication in English with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude. Motivated to learn independently and coach others. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
